Unlike the cheaper Diode ,Platinum LHR combines 3 laser wavelength into a single innovation handpiece ,simultaneously targeting different tissues depth as well as anatomical structures within the hair follicle.All LHR is doctor mediated for the best results.
Diode does not have an internal cooling mechanism making each session longer.It will also make it less comfortable than Platinum LHR.

PROCEDURE:

Shave the treated area with a razor.
Use a tape to remove the remaining hair.
Make grids and Set the parameters i.e; for every first session energy =4kj(25cm2 grid), =8kj(50 cm2 grid) and so on. The fluence depends on the (coarse)thickness of the hair i.e.lesser the thickness of hair more the fluence. Energy should be increase 15% with every session.
Apply ultrasound gel and start laser. Make sure the patient should wear eyeshields before you start the laser.
After laser apply post procedure creams.

DOWNTIME: NONE. Rarely redness/scab can occur.If this happens ->please call us and a doctor will instruct you what to do.

DO NOT TAKE IF: LHR is safe for everyone.However,if you have a history of PCOS or another hormonal condition ,the doctor may ask you to get blood tests first.

SINGLE SESSION DURATION: It depends on the area being treated.We have effective and fast protocol for LHR . Full body sessions can take upto 3-4 hours whereas underarms or face will take less than 30 mins.

ARE RESULTS IMMEDIATE?: No.Once the root of the hair is killed, it will take time to fall out.Results improve over a course of 4-6 sessions.Doctor will see you each treatment and meet with you midpoint to discuss results.

ARE RESULTS PERMANENT?: 80% hair will be reduce ,there will always be some, fine hair left that will be unnoticeable .After your initial package of sessions,you will require only 1 treatment per year to maintain your results.This is because as we age and our hormones change,there will inevitably be some new hair growth.

PRECAUTIONS:

Make sure the eyes of the patients are covered throughout the procedure.
Don’t lose contact between the handpiece and the skin.
Don’t take LHR during your period.
